Andrew Moore is a creative thinker, leadership developer and focused communicator of ideas. He has worked in the Information Technology arena for over 10 years and has been leading teams, projects and people since he was in high school. Andrew’s fusion of technology,  artistic influence and voracious consumption of knowledge have created successful, innovative results for his employers and teams.

Andrew’s work in building the operational side of a consulting firm has shown a proven ability to utilize information systems and personnel to develop and document processes to increase profitabilty, customer satisfaction, employee retention and company growth. Andrew participates actively in the formation of detailed business strategies including budgets, remediation reports, profit and process analysis.

Through his work with his team, Andrew has demonstrated successful process development through the ongoing creation and maintenance of training programs including new hire, business workflow, and technical process training.

Andrew’s current professional goals are to understand how to drive high levels of employee satisfaction through the development of structured feedback, flexible work hours and increased focus on employee needs. He feels strongly that volunteer programs and active community involvement by a company and their employees breed a sense of purpose for a team.  Happy employees create happy clients.

When he is not spending time with his wife and two children, Andrew likes to play piano and support his Houston sports teams.  Andrew loves blogging and providing entertaining content around the world of business management and leadership.  He ‘plays’ golf with his friends and son on the weekends.

Andrew is an avid reader and loves to discover new musical artists.  He has a passion for 60′s soul music but is also very fond of jazz and jam bands like Phish, OAR, Bela Fleck and Dave Matthews.  Andrew attends Community of Faith with his family and is looking to take a more active role in volunteering.
