		<description>Being in entry level managment, I find this very enlightening.  I am fortunate enough to work for a manager that actually practices these principles, in fact, that&#039;s how I got into my postion, he trained me into his position.  

I agree with your take on manangement needing to lead from the front.  No one wants to work for a manager that appears to be just the enforcer of the organization.  Employees will work hard for people they feel have their best interests in mind and have earned their trust; there is no better way to instill that then fighting for them.</description>
