I think that many leaders believe they are good  at leading others because they were made managers.  I would like to leave these people with a couple of thoughts:

• “To lead, one must follow.” Lao Tzu –  SO READ!  Take the time to study other leaders and come to terms that even born leaders study and  hone their craft.
• Don’t beat your team, lead your team.  Leaders are leaders because people FOLLOW them.  If you cannot turn your back on the  team to focus on the future, then you may have a leadership problem.
