ERGOS Technology takes home top honors in the Help Desk Institute (HDI) Support Analyst of the Year Competition. Chris Amalfi and George Leach took home first and third place respectively. The awards ceremony was held at Toyota Center on Tuesday, December 15. With 9 nominees, ERGOS took home top honors winning two of the three finalist awards including first place.
The competition took weeks to culminate as the nominees were presented by their managers, peers and clients. A rigorous multi-page nomination form that asked for great detail regarding personal character, work product and client satisfaction was required for each nominee. The application wrapped up with a 500 word essay on why the nominee was the most qualified candidate.
HDI organizers took the most qualified candidates and performed telephone interviews using a conference call and committee of industry experts. Each candidate was asked about their proudest moment and areas of self reflection regarding what it takes to deliver outstanding service.
“We are very proud of our team. To take what we dream up and implement it ‘day in and day out’ at the level that Chris and George perform is truly amazing, “ stated Andrew Moore; Operations Manager at ERGOS Technology in Houston.
ERGOS is incredibly proud of Chris and George and wanted to say congratulations to this affirmation of their hard work and dedication to superb service.
