I have been unable to find anything conclusive in regard to being able to perform more effectively in cold weather after training in heat. I would assume that when you train in high heat, your body is more adapted to cooling itself.
I dropped 2 minutes off my miles. I felt like I could have run for another 30 minutes which is nice, but I also had to slow down and speed walk from time to time just to stay in my zone. I also got frustrated and booked it for my last mile, which I just researched and found out was bad.
Sore nipples – This is new. Again- something I should have considered seeing as I have a shirt rubbing my chest for the better part of an hour at a time. I am not sure how to combat this outside of buying pasties with cool tassels.
So- here I am…. After having just read Born to Run and sporting a month old pair of Vibrams, I am looking to push myself past the mental image of the fat kid I still see in myself and become the kind of man I can be proud of.

Harmony is defined by Princeton as: congruity of parts with one another and with the whole. Harmony in music allows for there to be multiple people singing different notes at the same time as part of a greater sound. It is important to understand how much goes into finding harmony because the same structure can be used to build a world class company.
